The Eastern Madera County SPCA (EMCSPCA) was established in 1990 and is dedicated to ensuring the humane treatment of all animals in Eastern Madera County. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for unwanted, abandoned and mistreated pets until they can be placed into loving homes. Through proactive intervention, public education and community outreach, the EMCSPCA seeks to promote respect for all life by breaking the cycle of abuse, neglect and pet overpopulation in our community. These accomplishments happen without any federal, state, or county funding. The EMCSPCA is a local, independent, non-profit 501(C)(3) organization and is supported through private contributions. We are not affiliated with any other SPCA or Humane Society. All donations to the EMCSPCA go to help animals right here in our community. Only you can provide a brighter future for Eastern Madera County pets in need.
The Eastern Madera County SPCA is proud to be a member of the Best Friends Network.
The Best Friends Network is comprised of 501(c)(3) public charity rescue groups, spay/neuter organizations and shelters actively saving lives and reducing shelter deaths locally. Being part of the Network gives groups all across the country the chance to work together to Save Them All and provides help for animal shelters and rescue groups.
