EMCSPCA could not provide the lifesaving help we do without our dedicated volunteers.  We’re excited that you’re considering volunteer opportunities and we would love for you to be part of our volunteer community.

Volunteers play a critical role in EMCSPCA’s ability to achieve its goals of saving and enhancing the lives of animals. There are many types of opportunities, some at the shelter and some remote.  We have many needs, ranging from dog walkers, cat socializers at the Center, to volunteers at the EMCSPCA Thrift Shop in Oakhurst.  

Please note that due to insurance restrictions, volunteers must be 18 years of age, or older. 

• To volunteer at the EMCSPCA Animal Care and Adoption Center, stop by the Center Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-3pm.
